  • Price adjustments must be claimed within seven days of the sale start date.

Why are some items labeled Final Sale?

Items are moved to Final Sale at the end of our sales season. These items are competitively discounted and cannot be returned or refunded. Items like underwear, pierced earrings and fragrance cannot be returned due to health and sanitation standards.

How do I redeem my credit voucher?

You may view your credit balance in your My Account page under the title, Credit Voucher. Sign In at the top right header of the website to access your account. After shopping the website, you may apply your credit balance during checkout by entering the code in the "Credit Voucher" field. How do I track my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped. You may track your package using the number provided in the email. Alternately, you can track your order status by signing into your account at the top right of the website header. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Service during regular business hours and they will assist in locating your order.

Do I need to sign for my package?

We require a signature on all orders valued over $500 shipping within the domestic United States. International orders require a signature on delivery and may incur any applicable taxes and fees on delivery as well.
